Due to Covid-19, no extra guest allowed including kids unless being serviced. We are limiting guests in the salon with limited openings available. Due to constant no show/last minute cancellation, a $25 deposit (per person) is now required to schedule which will go towards your service. We highly recommend appointments be made in advance so that specific scheduling and/or treatments requests can be accommodated. If you have any physical or medical conditions, please inform us, so that we can best prepare for your treatment. Please note, WE ARE BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY.


We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your schedule time to allow plenty of time to park your car and get settled in. Late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and will be responsible for full service fee. Service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.

Appointments/Late Arrivals:

If your late to your appointment and cannot be avoided for any reason, please be sure to contact our business beforehand. However, in such case, please also understand that other guests may be waiting to be served. Appointments will be held for 10 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a “NO SHOW” and your appointment may have been given away. While we will do our best to accommodate your late appointment, priority will still be given to other guests who are present in the order of walk-ins and/or scheduled appointments. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and you will be responsible for full service fee. Your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed. To avoid such situation, we ask that you please plan ahead accordingly.

Cancellation & No Show:

A courtesy text reminder is sent out 24 hours prior to your appt. time. Please keep in mind that “no shows” and “last minute cancellations” leave our beauticians with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot. Please be respectful of your manicurist time that when there is a “no show” and “last minute cancellations” that leaves our beauticians with empty appointment’s. No show and canceling ANY services last minute on the day of the appointment will result forfeiting the deposit for the full amount. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to refuse service to those that do not wish to honor this agreement. BY MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.



We do not offer refunds. All of our services are guaranteed, as such we provide you with 1 week window for any fixes from the date of service. Please keep in mind, any repair and fixes MUST be done by the same manicurist (unless authorized by the management).


If you are pleased with the service you have just received, it’s customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to each of your beauticians. Please advise the host if you would like to add gratuity to your credit card before the final sale

Our gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion and are available for any service or in any dollar amount. You’ll love giving it as much as they’ll love getting it.
*Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
*The certificates and any unused balances expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
*Sorry, but we cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates.
