Group Reservations: Our appointment book fills up fast so it is advised that you make your reservation as soon as possible. As a general rule of thumb, for large group parties, we recommend making your reservation at least one to two weeks in advance so that we can ensure that the appropriate number of nail technicians and staff are available to cater to your group party. Please confirm with all guests and provide each person’s name and exact services in your group party to allow enough time to be serviced by our manicurists. Reservations are not considered complete and official until your deposit is made AND you have confirmed the date and time with our staff. Please note, we are only taking walk-ins on Saturday and Sunday.

Deposit And Minimum Charge: Deposit of $15 per person is required for groups of 3 or more people.  Please note that your full deposit will be credited towards your final and total bill, which will be due immediately after services are rendered at our salon. Each guests that no shows, cancel last minute or reduces their service during the time of the appointment, forfeits the $15 deposit. Please keep in mind a specific time was reserved to accommodate your scheduled services. By canceling a service last minute, leaves our manicurist without an appointment. It is the responsibility of the host to communicate these rules to all guests to ensure a smooth and successful event.

Arrival / Late Arrival: We encourage your group party to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your schedule time to allow plenty of time to park your car, set up decorations (if any ) and get settled in. Late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and will be responsible for full service fee. Service will end accordingly so that the next guest appointment is not delayed.

Large Group Parties of 8 or More: For hosting groups of 8 or more people, there is a minimum charge of $60/person.  For example, a group of 8 guests must have a  total combined bill of $480 or higher, not including gratuity.  For Kids Parties of 8 or more, there is a minimum charge of $40 per person. 20% gratuity will be added to all services for parties of 8 or more. Please note, we are only taking walk-ins on Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellation and Refund: A courtesy text reminder is sent out 24 hours prior to your appt time. Please be respectful of your manicurist time that when there is a “no show” and “last minute cancellations” that leaves our beauticians with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot. We understand that unforeseen events can happen in the planning of any occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. However, our salon services are booked quite far in advance.  As such, canceling your group party less than 48 hours of your reservation date and time will result in a COMPLETE forfeiture of your deposit.  Any changes or cancellations made before 48 hours of your reservation date will result in a FULL REFUND of the original payment. BY MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. It is the responsibility of the host to communicate these rules to all guests to ensure a smooth and successful event.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
